U.S. Domestic Shipping

All items are handmade to order and typically ship within 5 business days of purchase. During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Expedited processing and shipping options may be available at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, the buyer is responsible for contacting the carrier or local post office. For packages that are lost or missing in transit, we may assist with filing a carrier claim; however, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Orders with a subtotal over $150 USD may be insured at our discretion. In the event of a confirmed loss in transit, any refund or replacement will be limited to the amount approved by the carrier or insurer.
