What bracelet sizes do you offer?
We currently offer 4 different size options for our bracelets. Follow our size chart for more guidance on which size to select for your order. If you're new to Little Shimmer Design Co, we recommend placing a small initial order to ensure the sizing fits your needs.
How long does shipping take?
All items are handmade to order and typically ship within 5 business days. During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Please review our full shipping disclosure via the link at the bottom of our site.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and Exchanges are accepted for any un-worn products within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer for exchanges or returns. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If for some reason your order is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a solution.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once production has started, changes are not guaranteed. Custom orders cannot be canceled.

Is there an order limit?
Orders of more than 10 pieces may be subject to review and approval prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to limit quantities, request verification, or cancel orders at our discretion. Each item is handmade upon order receipt, and we are unable to accommodate wholesale or bulk orders.
What payment policies should I be aware of?
All orders must be placed using valid payment information. The billing name and address must match the credit card used at checkout. Orders flagged for potential fraud, resale activity, or policy violations may be delayed or canceled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately; changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is handcrafted and should be handled with care. Normal wear and tear, exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or improper storage may cause damage and is not considered a defect. We recommend removing jewelry before bathing, exercising, or sleeping to preserve its appearance and longevity.
Unless otherwise noted, all metals are plated and will therefore be subject to tarnishing over time. Please use care when adding or removing your bracelets to prevent excess strain on the stretch cording.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Due to photograph lighting and variations in screen displays, slight differences in color, pattern, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Do you offer wholesale or allow resale?
We do not offer wholesale or bulk purchases. Unauthorized resale of our products is not permitted.
Do you share customer photos on social media?
By tagging our brand, submitting photos, or sharing images with us, you grant permission for those images to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you prefer not to have your content shared, please notify us in writing.
